A fully hands on 2 days fast-track, intensive course designed to cover the key to making the perfect cakes which looks stunning and taste amazing too. You will be taught piping of decorative borders, flowers, perfecting your piping skills and presenting cakes professionally.

- Basic Cake Sponge (Premixed – Circle Shape): Chocolate, Vanilla and Red Velvet
- How to cut, soak, fill, coat and finishing cakes professionally. How to pair flavors.
- Preparing Chocolate Truffle Icing. Whipped cream Icing. How to get a sharp edge on fresh cream cakes
- Eggless fillings with Whipped Cream. Chocolate Truffle cake with a shiny finish and Chocolate collar
- Several different piping techniques including Stars, Shells, Reverse Shells, Drop, Rosettes, Beads, Basket Weave, Drop and Pull, Ruffles, Leaves, Grass, Script Writing & Simple Rose Flower
Note: Students need to carry a Pen, Notebook, Apron & 2 Kitchen Towels.
